We are hiring experienced life insurance agents, mortgage loan officers, and real estate brokers for our consulting pipeline. We provide a competitive base income that is earned at a rate of 60% up to $200,000, which remains constant throughout your employment with us once it is earned. Licensing & Training
We maintain the capacity to carry out all needed functions for which you may be unlicensed. Additionally, we provide the necessary training and support for all needed financial licenses.
Notary Public (Required) (2-4 Weeks)
Life Insurance (Required) (8-12 Weeks)
Mortgage Loan Officer (Required) (8-12 Weeks)
Series-3 (Optional) (26 Weeks)
Our training process has been tested using individuals from backgrounds that are unrelated to finance, mathematics, or business. All trained persons achieved standardized scores of 80% or better on their first attempt.
Operating Structure
Our hybrid-Remote operating structure provides an uncommon degree of flexibility and economic advantage for financial professionals, families, and businesses. Therefore, the highest level of professional conduct, integrity, and adherence to organizational policies are absolutely essential. We strictly require that all business discussions, business agreements, and professional advice be recorded electronically, primarily through the use of video conferencing and emails. If these base operating parameters are acceptable to your organization, we welcome a business discussion that we hope will yield a long term prosperous business relationship.
Revenue & Profit Sharing
Our base revenue structure is fairly uniform (see below). Non-standardized projects are negotiated independent of base revenues. Our standard plans are used to establish and maintain business relationships with us, but their are a few distinct adjustments:
The waiting period for revenue stream is one full calendar quarter. We recommend completing the contractual process at least 30-days prior to the start of a new quarter.
All capital allocated for your business are treated as base capital, which is returned to you in full assuming no regulatory violations during your contractual tenure with us.
Revenue streams are subject to penalties for violation of organizational policies.
